Our charity relies entirely on donations, and the goodwill of volunteers, to allow it to carry out its work. Please help us continue to provide support to people with anxiety disorders, obsessions and phobias.
How can I help?
We would appreciate any donation, however small, and emails or letters of support would also be very welcome. If you would like to make a donation please send cheques or postal orders made payable to Anxiety Care, our postal address is available on this site, or donate on-line via the
Charities Aid Foundation. Please remember that UK tax payers can Gift Aid their donations, meaning that we can claim back 28p for every £1 donated. Download our Gift Aid form here.
The difference your money will make:
£10
would provide supportive literature to two clients with an anxiety disorder
£50
would fund a specially trained Anxiety Care volunteer to make a Home Visit to a person suffering from agoraphobia
£100
would enable one client to attend our confidence-building classes for 6 months
£200
would pay for two volunteers to run an online support group through the Anxiety Care website for one evening a week
£500
would allow us to set-up and run a Parent Self-Help Group for one month
£1000
would train and support one Anxiety Care volunteer for a year
£3000
would fund our Telephone Helpline Service for a year
